At Mindful Mind Counselling, I offer counselling sessions that support emotional well-being, nervous system regulation, and a deeper sense of inner steadiness. Sessions are calm, collaborative, and paced to your needs, providing space to explore what you’re carrying in a way that feels manageable.
My approach is gentle and nervous-system-aware, supporting clarity, steadiness, and a pace that honours your system.
Alongside counselling, optional Reiki and Sound Healing sessions are available to support nervous system regulation. These can be accessed on their own or alongside counselling, depending on what feels right for you.

60-minute sessions
A steady, supportive option for ongoing care and current challenges
90-minute sessions
A slower, more spacious option for deeper exploration and integration
Both sessions are grounded in the same gentle, nervous-system-aware approach and may support you to:
feel more settled within yourself
develop emotional clarity and steadiness
build greater capacity in everyday life

Session fees
$140 — 60 minutes
$180 — 90 minutes
No referral is required.
You don’t have to rush healing.
