I am an accredited counsellor offering a holistic approach grounded in compassion and safety. I combine my qualifications with genuine presence to facilitate your healing journey, always respecting the whole person- mind, body, and spirit.

Standard Session -$120 / 60 mins
Grounded & Accessible
Your consistent space for emotional grounding.
This focused hour offers talk-based processing, emotional regulation, and perspective-taking to support what’s present.
Ideal for regular, sustained support, navigating immediate life stressors, and tending to everyday overwhelm.
Extended Session - $160 / 90 mins
Spacious & Integrative
This extended session is designed for deeper integration.
We draw on trauma-informed approaches and body-based practices to support emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and healing the impacts of trauma.
Ideal for clients seeking deeper exploration, tending to trauma, or simply preferring a more spacious, unhurried rhythm for their healing journey.
Online sessions are open to all clients. In-person appointments are currently available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and some Fridays. Please check the scheduling portal or contact me for current locations.
