I offer Holistic Counselling that honours the whole person and is tailored to your needs.
Sessions are available in:
60-minute sessions: focused, steady support for ongoing care and current challenges
90-minute sessions: a slower, more spacious option for deeper integration or trauma‑focused work
Both options are grounded in the same gentle, trauma‑informed approach and support you to:
feel more settled within yourself
develop a grounded sense of stability
build emotional clarity and regulation
feel more resourced in everyday life

Online sessions: Available Australia‑wide via secure video
In‑person sessions: Wednesdays, Thursdays, and some Fridays in Malaga, WA

$140 — 60 minutes
$180 — 90 minutes
